Terms & Conditions

1.1 Availability. Provided that you are ordering goods in a country in which Nando's offers an online ordering service, you can order certain Nando's goods online subject to the Online Terms and Conditions accessible via the Website. This service may be operated by a third party service provider on our behalf. You must be at least 18 years or older to make purchases from us online.

1.2 You can check if you can order goods online in your country by visiting our Website.

1.3 Eligibility. You must be 18 years old or older to place an online order and must use a valid credit or debit card issued in your own name. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information including your telephone number and email address.

1.4 Payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By submitting a credit or debit card you authorize Nando’s to validate your card, to obtain an initial authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. Your credit or debit card will be charged when your order is shipped. If your card is declined or refuses to authorize payment to Nando’s your order will be cancelled and we will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.

1.5 Acceptance of Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the product and quantity at the time your order is packed for shipment. We will email you an acknowledgment of the details of your order when we receive it, but this does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only upon completion of the packing of your order. Nando’s reserves the right in its sole discretion to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

1.6 Prices and Taxes. Prices listed on the Website are in US$ exclusive of taxes and shipping charges and are valid and effective only in the US. Sales tax will be added at the time of checkout as required by law.

1.7 Refunds and Exchange Policy. Online sales are final. We will only accept, for return or exchange, any items that are defective or incorrectly shipped to you. Send an email to nandos@ifabrands.com or call 800-886-6354 (toll free in the US) to return or exchange your order.

1.8 Refunds. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment by crediting the amount of the refund to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. We will process returns within 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Be advised that your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 business days to process the refund to your card. This can vary greatly between card issuers and is outside of our control.

1.9 Shipping Policy. Nando’s uses UPS for its shipping. Nando’s reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain territories and areas. A flat rate of US$10.00 will be charged on all orders (excluding to Alaska and Hawaii) with a value of less than US$50.00. Orders in excess of US$50.00 (excluding to Alaska and Hawaii) will be shipped for free. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at US$50.00 for orders with a value of less than US$50.00; and US$100.00 for orders over US$50.00. Delivery times may vary and is subject to UPS standard shipping terms. Depending on your shipping address, delivery may take up to 5 days. Shipping charges are intended to cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and related customer service. Note: Shipping & Processing is calculated using the regular price of merchandise before sales tax is applied.

1.10 Risk of Loss. All products purchased from the Website are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. To complete the delivery, we require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased product(s) passes to you. If the recipient of the product is someone other than you for delivery purposes, you agree that evidence of a signature by such recipient or at such recipient's delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery by us with responsibility for the purchased product passing to you.
